Earlier Writ Petition No.2319/2019 challenging rejection of parole was disposed of by this Court on 16/7/2019. Prisoner was given liberty to submit proper certificate of doctor in support of ill-health of mother. The petitioner has submitted certificate dated 6/8/2019 which pointed out atypical chest pain with breathlessness and symptomatically treatment. The authorities have looked into these documents on 22/11/2019 and rejected parole.

We do not see any jurisdictional error or perversity. The petition is therefore rejected.
