This MCA is for transfer of proceedings pending before the Minister of Co-operation, State of Maharashtra. The application is filed on the basis of an apprehension that the Applicant will not get justice before the Hon'ble Minister since an exparte order of stay granted in favour of the Applicant was not reflected in any written order and the Applicant was informed that there was actually no stay order. The State is represented through Assistant Government Pleader, who states on instructions of Mr. R.S.Dhondkar, Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, who is working in the office of the Hon'ble Minister, that the oral stay order was indeed granted in favour of the Applicant and a written order would follow within a period of one week from today.
