The prisoner seeks remission as per Remission scheme floated on the eve of 125th birth anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. The convicting Court has submitted negative recommendation as he is sentenced under Sections 364, 365, 368, 302 and 120B of IPC. 2.

The terms and conditions of Government Resolution dated 3rd June 2017 do not exclude these offences from the scheme. 3.

We, therefore find, the prisoner entitled for benefits of remission. Accordingly, we direct to the respondent-Superintendent 1/2
