IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

CRIMINAL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO. 432 OF 2017 Sunil Samuel Parmar .. Petitioner Vs.

Jyothi Sunil Parmar & Ors.

.. Respondents Mrs. Rashmi Samant for the Petitioner.

Ms. A. G. Bhaktwani for Respondent Nos.1 & 2. Ms. N. S. Jain, APP for the Respondent-State. CORAM : A. S. GADKARI, J.

DATE : 23 rd AUGUST, 2017.

P. C. :

1.

The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is purely against an interlocutory order dated 15.11.2016 passed in Petition No. E-64/2014, directing the petitioner to pay interim maintenance to the wife and minor daughter. I find no error or illegality in the impugned order which is interlocutory in nature.

2.

Petition being devoid of merits is accordingly rejected. [A. S. GADKARI, J.] 1/1
