Since the petitioner in writ petition No. 8847/2015 and the present writ petition is the same and since by the order dated 13.11.2017 in writ petition No.8847/2015 we have directed the State Government to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within four months and have also clarified that the stay granted in favour of the petitioner in the appeal filed by the petitioner before the State Government would revive and continue till the appeal is decided, the grievance of the petitioner would not survive. Hence we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs. The petitioner is however free to challenge an adverse
