As referred under order dated 01/04/2021, the application for variation in the condition for release of goods, has been considered by the concerned authority and that it is amenable to allow provisional release of goods on furnishing bank guarantee and bond amount equal to FOB value. 2.

As such, the substantial purpose underlying the writ petition is met with. The Petition is disposed of as such. 3.

It is open for the Petitioner to pursue the assessment proceedings.
