Since the Applicant is claiming that subject land is allotted to him, we grant this application in terms of prayer clause (a). The Petitioner is accordingly directed to amend the writ petition and implead the Applicant as party Respondent in the writ petition. The Petitioner shall give copy of the petition to the added Respondent. This exercise be completed within two weeks from today. Civil application stands disposed of.
