The Petitioner challenges the order dated 8th November 2019 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, by which maintenance of Rs.7,000/- was awarded to the Respondent No.1-wife. The said order has been confirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Greater Bombay.

Mr. Abhinav Bhatkar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after taking instructions from the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
