Heard. After registration of the FIR, the grievance of the Petitioner is that the investigation has not been completed since last about four years. The case has not been investigated in last four years. Learned APP submits that three to four investigating officers assumed charge during last four years. The officer present in Court today is the concerned investigating officer of the case. Learned APP submits that if the Petitioner co-operates with the investigating officer, he will complete the investigation at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that tomorrow i.e. on 7th June 2016, between 11 am and 12 pm, the Petitioner who is present in Court today, will attend the

2 of 2 WP.459.2015 concerned Police Station and assist the investigating officer. We direct the investigating officer to complete the investigation on its on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
