This is an Application for condoning the delay in depositing the rent amount @ Rs.144/- for six months from January, 2019 to June, 2019 payable under order dated 19.09.2011.

Mr. Qais assures that hereafter, applicant will go on regularly depositing the amount as per the order dated 19.09.2011. 5.

In view of the assurance and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs. The amount shall be deposited in the Small Causes Court under the intimation in writing to the respondents' 1/2
