Heard the party in person, the petitioner no.2. His grievance is that his compliant is not attended by the police. On instructions of the police officer, who is present in the court, the learned APP makes a statement that in case the Petitioners approaches the police station within a couple of days, the police would record the statement of the party- inperson and thereafter, would take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
