By the above Miscellaneous Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-272 of 2016 filed by the Respondent-husband seeking divorce pending before the Family Court at Solapur to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division at Osmanabad.

The Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent has informed this Court that he has on instructions to the effect that the Respondent is proceeding to withdraw the Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-272 of 2016 filed before the Family Court at Solapur. In view thereof, the above Miscellaneous Civil Application has become infructous and disposed off as such.
