The learned APP on instructions of Mr. D.S. Sawant, Police Sub Inspector, N.M. Joshi Marg Police Station states that a report claiming 'B' summary was filed by the Investigating Officer and the same has been accepted by the learned Magistrate. We accept the said statement. In view of the statement, it is not necessary to entertain this Petition for quashing the First Information Report. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
