Heard the parties. This Application is filed for condonation of delay of 46 days caused in filing the Appeal. It is stated that in the Application that wife of the Applicant was not feeling well and the medical certificate produced on record. It is stated that for this reasons the Applicant could not approach this Court in time. 2.

Considering the above this Court finds that delay needs to be condoned. Therefore, the Application is allowed, delay stands condoned. Office to register the Appeal.
