The first Bail Application filed by the applicant was earlier rejected by order dated 1/09/2021, recording the seriousness of the incident and by specifically recorded that, the First Information Report is corroborated on material facts by the eye witnesses. The trial in Sessions Case No. 15 of 2020 was expedited.

Since there is no change in circumstance and the learned APP state that, the charge has been framed and witness summons has issued. The learned Judge, trialing Sessions Case No. 15 of 2020, is requested to expeditiously proceed with the trial preferably by fixing it on day today basis.
