Heard. This is an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order passed by the Special Judge, Barshi in Special Case No.3 of 2014, thereby acquitting the respondent of the charges under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act. 2.

For the reasons assigned in paras 3 and 4 of the application, delay of 20 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of.
