By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order of issuance of process in C.C.No.5036/SS/2014 and 5037/SS/2015, pending on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate's 70th Court, at Sewree, Mumbai.

None present on behalf of the petitioner. It is seen that the petitioner has remained absent on last several dates. It seems that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence the petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
