For the reasons stated in the Interim Application NO. 10448 of 2022 for condonation of delay, the application is allowed. Delay condoned. 2.

Many grounds are raised in the Review Petition seeking review of the order of this Court dated November 29, 2021 and all these grounds are on the merits of the order. There is no dispute that Review Petition can be entertained on very limited grounds; firstly, an error apparent on the face on record, and secondly, certain material which could not have been pointed out before the Court or was not placed before the Court in spite of best effort of the party and this material having bearing on the issues raised Umesh Malani

Now, none of these grounds raised in the Review Petition seeking Review. As the Review Petition is filed raising various grounds on the merit, we are unable to persuade ourselves to entertain the Review Petition.
