In para No.6 thereof, it is stated that the confiscated amount of Rs.15,000/- has been subsequently returned to the surety namely Manoj Prabhakar Mali on 24th April, 2023 (sic 13th April, 2023).

In view thereof, the grievance of Petitioner in the Petition does not survive.
