Both the learned counsel today agree that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated 25th August, 2023. In the cause title, it should be 'Civil Application No. 1017 of 2019' instead of 'Interim Application No. 18386 of 2022'.

The corrections be accordingly carried out in the order dated 25th August, 2023. To be read as order passed in Civil Application No. 1017 of 2019.

In view of the above, Civil Application No. 1017 of 2019, seeking stay to the impugned award, is hereby allowed and disposed off.
