The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in view of the subsequent development basically about the constitution of Appellate Forum to challenge the order passed by the Competent Authority under the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971 basically in view of the Gazette/Notification dated 28 June 2016, taken on record and marked "X" for identification purposes.

However, it is made clear that in view of the order which we are passing today, the Petitioner to move and/or taken out an Application for condonation of delay if any required. The concerned Authority to deal with the same keeping in mind the above order and the pendency of writ petition in the High Court since 4.2.2015 till today.

No costs.
