The Petitioner may have, at best, a case of sympathy but we cannot grant any relief for the reason the Petitioner admits outstanding dues payable to the Bank. The OTS proposal submitted by the Petitioner on 04th December, 2019 has been responded to by the Bank on 12th December, 2019 pointing out that the proposal does not conform to the OTS scheme and hence was being rejected.

The Petitioner has been advised to submit the OTS proposal keeping in view the scheme and enclosing therewith the necessary documents.

Counsel for the Petitioner is advised to render proper advise to the Petitioner and submit proper OTS proposal. 4.
Till a proper OTS proposal is submitted, no prohibitory order can be passed against the Bank which is enforcing its right under law.

The Petition is dismissed.
