This Writ Petition is pending since the year 2019 for admission. The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 28.11.2018 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Port Zone, Mumbai externing the Petitioner outside the limits of Mumbai City and Mumbai Suburban District for a period of two years.

The record does not show that any stay order was granted. Today, nobody appears for the Petitioner. Since the period of two years is already over, nothing further survives in this Petition. Therefore, the Petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Deshmane(PS)
