Heard learned counsel for the parties. The Petitioner is working with Respondent No. 3 Education Institution has sought a relief regarding condonation of break in his service. By order dated 16 January 2023 Division Bench of this Court directed the State Government to decide the proposal submitted by Respondent No. 3 Educational Institution in respect of the Petitioner's case. The learned AGP and learned counsel for Respondent No. 3 point out that pursuant to this Order the Application has been decided by the

Husen 2 57 WP-3288-2021.doc Government. The State Government has refused to condone the break in service.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to question this decision. Now since a specific decision is taken in the case giving reasons, it is open to the Petitioner to question the same by instituting an appropriate petition.
