Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard with the consent of the parties. Applicant is the original complainant in complaint C.C. No. 164/SW/2014 filed before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 32nd Court, Bandra, Mumbai. It is submitted that the complaint is filed in June 2014 seeking the relief of issuance of process against the accused Nos. 1 to 6 for the offences punishable under Sections 107, 109, 166, 167, 217, 219 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant has placed on record a copy of the Roznama, which indicates that no effective order has been passed on the complaint filed by the applicant in the year 2014.

Learned Magistrate is hereby directed to pass an appropriate order on complaint C.C. No. 164/SW/2014 by considering the allegations/averments in the complaint and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
