The learned APP submits that till today, no charge is framed in Sessions case No.29 of 2018. On 9th February 2022, this Court had requested the Sessions Court to make an endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible within 10 months from the date of framing charge.

This is third bail application. On 9th August 2018, an application was withdrawn after arguing for sometime when the Court by PALLAVI MAHENDRA WARGAONKAR Date:

On 26th March 2019, this Court had observed that there was no change in circumstances as the previous application was withdrawn on 26th October 2018 and the subsequent application was filed within hardly two months after rejection of the first bail application. The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.29 of 2018 shall frame charge in the present case before 30th April 2022 and make every endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence within one year from the date of framing of charge.
