This is an application seeking relief of recalling the order dated 6th December 2017, by which the application seeking enlargement of bail, which was registered as Application No. 752 of 2017 was dismissed for want of prosecution. There is a delay of 25 days in filing the application.

For the reasons assigned in the said application in paragraph nos. 3 and 4, the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayers clauses (a) and (b). The order dated 6th December 2017 is recalled and Criminal Application No.752 of 2017 is restored to it's original status.
