Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, the petitioner before us, have instructed their Advocate to seek leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions with liberty to approach the Government of Maharashtra by invoking The Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears in Dispute Act, 2016.
