Mr.Mehta, on instructions, submit that execution and operation of judgment and award passed by th November the Member, M.A.C.T., Mumbai, on 7 2020 in M.A.C.P No. 1729 of 2014 be stayed. He

13-IA-278-2021.doc undertakes to deposit the entire amount of award with interest, within 4 weeks in M.A.C.T., Mumbai. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement made, there shall be adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application for stay.

If the appellant fails to deposit, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
