The Respondent No.2 - complainant has pointed out that lock of his house was found removed and chain cut in order to obtain electric supply. Cognizance of FIR has already been taken. It is not in dispute that Respondent No.2 filed police complaint on 28th September 2017 and in that matter charge sheet has already been filed under sections 448, 427, 388 r/w 34 of IPC. Effort of the learned counsel for the petitioners is to urge that the documents produced by Respondent No.2 are now not legally in existence because of subsequent orders passed by the revenue authorities.

We do not wish to examine the grievance of this nature. The petitioners can raise all these contentions before the trial Court where the same can be properly evaluated.
