Mr.Mehta, on instructions, submit that execution and operation of judgment and award passed by the Member, th November 2020 in M.A.C.P.

M.A.C.T., Mumbai, on 7 No.1730 of 2014 be stayed. He undertakes to deposit the

14-IA-271-2021.doc entire amount of award with interest, within 4 weeks in M.A.C.T., Mumbai. Statement is accepted. In view of the statement made, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application for stay. 2.

If the applicant fails to deposit, ad-interim relief shall stand vacated automatically, without further reference to the Court.
