At the outset, the learned AGP submits that the order in respect of which the breach is alleged has already been complied with inasmuch as the Petitioner's representation dated 26th December 2017 is decided by the Minister, Rural Development Department by her order dated 26th February 2018. This statement is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. In the light of this, contempt petition will not survive for consideration and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
