In view of this, the complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. The impugned order passed in the complaint also stands set-aside.

Liberty is given to the Respondent-Complainant to lodge a fresh complaint with the concerned Police Station. If such complaint is lodged, the concerned Police Station shall take appropriate steps according to law.
