1] This is an application for direction to the learned Trial Court to release the amount of Rs.15 lacs in favour of the applicant. By an order dated 23.4.2014 passed by this Court while releasing the applicant on bail, the applicant was directed to deposit Rs.15 lacs in the Registry of the Trial Court within a stipulated period as mentioned therein. 2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the respondent herein i.e. the original accused is not attending the Trial Court which is causing prejudice to her client and therefore she is seeking release of the said amount in favour of the applicant herein. 3] It is to be noted here that, by Clause (vi) of the said order dated 23.4.2014 perused by this Court, it is specifically directed that the Trial Court shall deal with the said amount in appropriate manner at the time of
