Since the structure, which was occupied by the Petitioners is already demolished, I see no reason to cause any interference. The Petition as such stands dismissed.

However, this will not preclude the Petitioners/tenants whose appeal against the eviction is pending, to take out such application so as to safeguard their interest qua the tenancy rights, in case their appeal is allowed on merits.
