After having heard Mr.Bukhari, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, we have noticed that the Petitioner is serving in the Department of Revenue which is part and parcel of Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He is thus a Central Government employee and reporting to Respondent Nos.2 and 3. Once he is rendering service under the Union of India and issue raised by him is service matter Aswale 1/2

905.wp.2640.15 within the meaning of said term as defined in the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, then, the Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India need not be entertained. The remedy provided by that Act is complete. The Petitioner ought to realize that this Court exercises supervisory jurisdiction over the Central Administrative Tribunal. In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed off on the ground that the Petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy.
