Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants. None for the Respondent though duly served.
The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that as per order dated 30.07.2018 passed by this court, the Court Receiver has complied with the said order and handed over possession to the Applicant.
The Court Receiver has submitted his report dated 07.08.2018. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

9.86.17-cac.doc The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in view of the compliance of order dated 30.07.2018, nothing survives in the Civil Application. Same may be disposed of. He undertakes to pay the Court Receiver's charges within a month. Hence, the following order is passed:
a.
The Civil application stands disposed of as per order dated 30.07.2018.
b.
The Court Receiver's report dated 07.08.2018 being No.87/2017 stands disposed of with direction to the Applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.3000/- with the Court Receiver within a month.
c.
The Court Receiver stands discharged without passing any accounts, subject to payment costs, charges etc., if any.
d.
No order as to costs.
