This application is moved by one Manish Nanasaheb Sable, the original claimant for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.5,69,072/- which was deposited by the Appellants on 16th June, 2014 in this Court. The learned Counsel for Appellants Ms.Sawant submits that Appellants have no objection, if the Applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount which is accumulated in the Court till now. 3.

In view of these submissions the Applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Appellant, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). (MRS.MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) 1/1
