The consent terms are signed by the parties, who are present in court and are identified by their respective advocates. The respondent no. 3 has put her left-hand thumb impression and which is also identified by the advocate for the respondent no. 3. There is no dispute on the signatures put on the consent terms. It is stated that Mr. Yatin R. Shah, advocate for respondent no. 3 has explained all the terms of the consent terms to his client respondent no. 3 and she was aggregable to all the conditions before she has put up her left-hand thumb impression.

The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. No costs.
