By this application, the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.70,000/- in the name of Ms. Dipali Ramesh Pailkar. In support of this application, Mr. Kotnis invited my attention to the Priest Certificate dated 25.2.2014 at Exhibit-A, page-7 of the application. In this certificate, it is certified that the respondent Vijay Mukesh Sawardekar married with Miss. Deepali Ramesh Pailkar. After marriage, her name is Mrs.Deepali Vijay Sawardekar. He also invited my attention to paragraph-11 of the order dated 25.10.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.3056/2018. By that order, respondent No.1 Dipali
2/2 506.CRI.APPW-53-19.doc Vijay Sawardekar was permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner Vijay Mukesh Sawardekar in this Court, unconditionally.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b) with no order as to costs.
