This is a review petition seeking review of the judgment and order dated 3rd January 2020 passed by this Court after hearing the respective parties.

The learned counsel for the review petitioner submits that there are certain documents which were not brought on record before this Court and neither the First Appellate Court. The learned counsel has submitted that in fact, the Grampanchyat had challenged the grant of sanad before the Superintendent of Land Records, Satara in the year 2010.

Hence, it would not be appropriate to consider the same in a Review Petition after disposing the second appeal on merits. 4.

The suit was filed in the year 1996 and since 14 years, no steps were taken by the Grampanchayat. The said issue is considered in Paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the judgment and order dated 3rd January 2020 passed by this Court.

The issues framed by the learned counsel for the appellant in 2nd appeal were only on facts no substantial question of law was framed and same required no consideration, since this was an appeal under section 100 of Code of Civil Procedure. There is no apparent error on the face of record and hence the contentions raised in the review petition deserves no consideration.
