Jadhav, PSI attached to Sahakar Nagar Police Station, Pune, who, in turn, is instructed by the Investigating Officer PI Deepak Nikam, states that insofar as the Applicant herein is concerned, a report would be filed under Section 169 of the Cr. P. C. In view thereof, the grievance, if any, of the Applicant insofar as the FIR is concerned, is assuaged. In view of the said statement of the learned Addl. P.
