Heard Mr. Gatne, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr. Warange, learned Counsel for the respondent.

By this application, applicants have sought extension of three months for completing plastering and flooring work. 4.

Mr. Gatne states that applicant No.2 is present in the Court. He has tendered photo copy of his Driving Licence, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from him, he assures

506-caw-237-2019.odt that within three weeks from today, he will complete plastering and flooring work and will not seek further extension of time. 5.

In view of these submissions and assurance, time stipulated in the order dated 10th July, 2018 is extended by a period of 4 weeks from today with express understanding that in case the applicants do not complete plastering and flooring work during the extended period, the Court may consider issuing contempt notice against the applicants/Original respondents for committing breach of the order dated 10th July, 2018 as also the undertaking furnished by them. C.A. is accordingly disposed of.
