Ms.Pai, the learned APP having taken instructions from PI Sunil Yadav makes a statement that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 11.02.2019, copy of which is annexed at page 12 of the petition, the FIR would be registered at Kherwadi Police Station under appropriate provision of the Indian Penal Code. Statement accepted.

In light of the statement Mr.Bardeskar, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that the grievance made in the petition no more survive. The petition is disposed off in light of the said statement.
