This is an application for intervention by the 1st informant in CR No. 343/17 dated 06.12.2017, registered with the Pydhoni Police Station, under Sections 406, 420, 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code. For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The Applicant in ABA 154/2018 is hereby directed to implead the 1st informant Alok Virat Shah as the Respondent No. 2. The amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and
