CIVIL APPELLATE JURISDICTION WRIT PETITION NO.2247 OF 2015 Atul Mohan Tanksale and anr.
...Petitioners.
vs.
The Taluka Inspector of Land Records and ors.
...Respondents.
CORAM : R.M. BORDE AND A.S. GADKARI, JJ.
DATE : 20th January, 2017 PC:
The grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition is in respect of failure of the Deputy Inspector of land records to take decision on the application alleged to have been made praying for recording entry in the land records. It is the contention of the petitioner that in spite of issuance of directions by the Dy. Director of land records no decision has been taken by the District Superintendent of land records. In view of the above pleadings, the petition can be disposed of by directing the Dy. Superintendent of land records to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law, within four months from today, if no decision is yet taken in the matter and communicated the same to the petitioner. Writ petition is accordingly disposed off.
