Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3. The learned counsel pointed out that this Petition will be governed by Judgment and Order dated 18th January, 2013 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1610 of 2010 and other connected matters. 2.

Accordingly, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :-

ORDER

For the reasons recorded in order dated 18th January, 2013, we allow the Petition in terms of clauses 7 to 10 of the said Judgment and Order dated 18th January, 2013. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J ) (A.S. OKA, J )
