Inasmuch as the Petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing Securitisation Application before Debt Recovery Tribunal, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. Hence, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. 2.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that for the period of two weeks from today, the Respondent No.1-Bank shall defer taking of possession of Office No.102, Kalpruksh, RHB Road, Mulund (W), Mumbai 400 080.
