After arguing the civil revision application for some time, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that if reasonable period to vacate the premises is granted, the applicant will not press the application on merits. Accordingly, the civil revision application is dismissed as not pressed. 2.
It is however directed that the possession of the applicant is protected for a period of one year from today on the condition that the applicant and all adult members of his family who are currently occupying the suit premises will file usual undertakings in the Registry of this Court within a period of three weeks from today, with advance copy to the respondent. The undertakings shall inter

The applicant will hand over vacant and peaceful possession of the premises to the respondent on 21 April 2016.
