This is an application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure for bail.

The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 189 of 2021 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court by order dated 19 October 2022 in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 2587 of 2022 granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused Krushnaji Virole, who is the main accused in the present crime. The applicant is in jail for about 7 months. I am, therefore, inclined to release the applicant on bail. In the result, the following order is passed. MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

A] Bail Application is allowed.

B] The applicant- Hanumant Sambhaji Kemdhare be released on bail in C.R. No. 189 of 2021 registered at Shikrapur Police Station, Pune Rural for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing P.R Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount.
